Take payment on accepted quotes

Connect Stripe and every quote you send gets an Accept and pay button. Customers can pay with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank debit depending on your Stripe configuration.

Connecting

Go to Settings > Payments > Connect Stripe. You will be redirected to Stripe to sign in or create an account. Once approved, Jeanus stores your Stripe account ID and can create payment intents on your behalf. We never see your Stripe keys directly - the OAuth handshake is standard Stripe Connect.

What the customer sees

The quote page shows a big Accept and pay button. Clicking opens the Stripe hosted payment page. Payment confirmation redirects back to Jeanus with the invoice marked paid.

Fees

Stripe charges the standard card processing fee direct to your account - Jeanus does not add a markup. The Jeanus subscription fee is unrelated.

Refunds and disputes

Issue refunds from your Stripe dashboard as normal. Jeanus listens for refund webhooks and updates the invoice status accordingly.
