Rearrange your customer + lead detail pages

Drag panels to reorder + collapse the ones you never look at. Settings follow you across devices.

Customer and lead detail pages have a lot of panels — notes, portal chat, meetings, comms timeline, related records. Every rep works differently, so you can rearrange the order and collapse the panels you don’t use.

Drag to reorder

Every reorderable panel has a small “⋮⋮” grip in its header. Grab it, drag over another panel, drop. The dashed accent outline shows exactly where the drop will land. Your new order saves automatically the moment you let go.

Collapse to hide

Click the caret next to any panel title to collapse it. The header stays visible so you can bring it back with another click. Collapsed state is per-user, per-page-type — so you can hide the meetings panel on customer detail without affecting the same panel on lead detail.

Where preferences live

Order and collapsed state save to your account, not to the browser. Log into Jeanus on a different device and your layout follows you. Preferences are stored per user — nobody else on your team sees your customised order, and you don’t see theirs.

Which panels can I move

On customer detail: Notes, Portal chat, Outlook meetings, All comms, Related. On lead detail: Nudges, Web chat history, Outlook meetings, All comms, Related. The header block (name, health score, action buttons) and deep-page detail sections stay fixed by design.

How do I reset

Drag panels back into your preferred order (there isn’t a single reset button yet — it’s on the polish list). Newly-added panels always appear at the end of your current order, so if we ship a new panel it won’t disturb what you’ve set up.
