See which companies visit your website

Companies browsing your marketing site or trade portal, identified via IP + Companies House. Add them as a lead in one click.

Updated 6 July 2026

Web activity shows you which companies are browsing your marketing site and trade portal, so a rep can pick up the phone when a real buyer is on the pricing page. Open it under Web activity in the sidebar.

How the identification works

When a visitor accepts your cookie banner and browses a page, we hash their IP address and look up which organisation the IP belongs to. If that organisation is registered at Companies House, we cross-match and surface the visit as an identified company. Nothing personally identifying is stored — no IP address, no email, no cookie ID that persists longer than the session.

What you see

  • Identified only toggle — hide the anonymous ones and focus on named companies
  • Days filter — last 7, 30 or 90 days
  • Per-visit: company name, confidence percentage, location, pages viewed, when they last visited
  • + Add as lead — one click pre-fills the new-lead form with the company name and registration number

What if nothing shows up

Three usual reasons: (1) no visitor has accepted your cookie banner yet, (2) the identified-only filter is on and every visit so far has come from a residential IP or mobile carrier we can’t pin to a specific company, or (3) setup is still pending — the empty-state banner will tell you if that’s the case.

Privacy and consent

The tracker only fires for visitors who have clicked Accepton your cookie banner. If they reject, no data is collected. IP addresses are hashed with SHA-256 before storage — the raw address never touches your database. This matches UK PECR guidance for legitimate-interest B2B intent tracking.
