Dashboard tour
What every panel means and how to read the numbers.
The dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It is designed to answer the question "what should I work on next" in under ten seconds. Every panel is either an urgent nudge, a pipeline snapshot, or a live indicator of activity.
The stat strip
Four numbers across the top: revenue year to date, open pipeline value, customers at risk, and quotes awaiting response. Each is clickable and drills into the underlying list. Revenue counts everything invoiced or confirmed as in-flight; it does not include speculative pipeline.
AI week intelligence
A short list of prioritised suggestions Jeanus generates every morning: customers who look overdue for a call, quotes going stale, and product gaps in reorder patterns. Click any suggestion to jump to the customer or quote. If a suggestion is wrong, dismiss it with the x - Jeanus learns from dismissals.
Live customers online
Which of your customers currently has the portal open in a browser tab. Great for spotting a customer who is looking at pricing right now, so you can call while they are warm.
Sales targets
Your progress against monthly and quarterly targets. Admins set targets in Management > Team; reps see their own targets on the dashboard. Green means on track, amber means at risk, red means missing.
Recent activity
A rolling feed of things that have happened across your customers - orders placed, quotes accepted, portal logins, chat messages. Useful for catching up after a day out of the office.
