Booking links - let people pick a time

Publish a public page where prospects self-book a slot from your real availability. Confirmation, calendar invite and video link all handled.

Updated 30 July 2026

Booking links let people pick a time that suits them from your real availability. Set one up at Settings → Scheduling and you get a public page at yourdomain/book/<your-slug>— for example jeanus.app/book/yourname.

Sharing your link

Drop the link anywhere you like — emails, quotes, your email signature or a sequence. Prospects open the page, see a free slot from your genuine availability and self-book, so there’s no back-and-forth over times.

What you can configure

  • Page title and description — what visitors see on your booking page
  • Meeting duration and a buffer between meetings
  • Minimum notice — how far ahead someone must book (default 1 hour, so nobody grabs a slot in the next few minutes)
  • Where the meeting happens — video call, phone or in person
  • Your weekly availability and optional meeting types

When someone books

Jeanus creates the event in your connected Outlook calendar and adds the visitor as an attendee, so they get the calendar invite and an .ics file. It also sends a branded confirmation email with the join details.

Video call links

For a video call, a meeting link is generated automatically for each booking — a Zoom link if you have connected Zoom, otherwise a Teams link. Leave the Location detail field blank; you do not paste a link yourself. Busy times already on your calendar are blocked automatically, so you never get double-booked.

If bookings aren’t appearing

Creating calendar events needs your Outlook connected with calendar write access. If your bookings are not appearing in your calendar, reconnect Outlook from Settings → Integrations to grant calendar permission.
