Brand identity - logo, colour, contact
What shows up on your booking page, quotes, invoices and portal.
Updated 2 July 2026
Your brand identity settings drive every customer-facing surface: quotes, invoices, the portal login screen, the public booking page and the email footer. Getting these right on day one saves a lot of small edits later.
Where to find it
Go to Settings then Brand identity. You need to be an admin to make changes.
What each field controls
- Company name. The name shown at the top of every document and email. Not the same as your workspace name.
- Logo. Shown at the top of quotes, invoices and portal pages. Ideally a transparent PNG at least 400px wide.
- Brand colour. Used for button accents on quotes, portal call-to-actions and the login screen. Pick a colour that reads clearly against white.
- Support email. Where customers reply when they hit reply on an emailed quote. Also the address shown on the portal footer.
- Support phone. Optional, but recommended for higher-touch verticals like agency and services.
- Address. Shown on invoices and quotes for tax and compliance reasons. Not shown on the portal.
Where each field appears
The three surfaces that share these fields are:
- Quotes and invoices. Logo top left, company name and address top right, brand colour on the accept and pay buttons.
- Customer portal at /trade. Logo on the nav bar and login screen. Brand colour on the sign-in button and the main call-to-action.
- Outgoing emails. Company name in the from-name, logo in the header, support email as the reply-to.
Changing the brand colour later?Live quotes and invoices already sent will keep their original colour. Only newly-generated documents pick up the new colour.
