The AI meeting notetaker

The Meeting notetakerpanel sits on every customer and lead detail page. It sends a Jeanus Notetaker bot into your call to record and transcribe it, then writes the whole thing up for you — so you can stay in the conversation rather than scribbling notes.

Two modes

• Join a meeting — paste a link to a call that already exists and the bot joins it
• Create a meeting — spin up a new meeting with a link straight from Jeanus (see booking links)

Joining a call

Paste a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link and the Jeanus Notetaker bot joins the call, records it and transcribes it. It works with any of the three platforms. If the call isn’t starting yet, set a Join at time and the bot will turn up for the future call instead of joining now.

The write-up

When the call ends, Jeanus writes it up automatically across three tabs:

• Overview — a summary, the key points and the overall sentiment
• Action items — next steps with due dates, plus a drafted follow-up message ready to send
• Transcript — the full text of the call

For leads, it also estimates a close-probability percentage so you can see where the deal stands. Each analysed call uses AI credits.

Rapport notes

The notetaker also captures rapport and relationship notes — the personal details someone mentions on a call that help you build a genuine relationship. These are handled carefully, and any sensitive personal data is flagged so you can decide what to keep.

Applying it to the record

One click on Apply to recordlogs the whole write-up onto the record’s activity timeline and saves the rapport notes against the customer or lead.
