Auto-join every meeting with the notetaker
Turn on one toggle and the notetaker joins every online meeting on your connected calendar automatically - no per-meeting action.
Instead of pasting a link for each call, the notetaker can join every upcoming online meeting on your connected calendar automatically. Set it once and it runs in the background for you.
How to turn it on
On the Meeting notetakerpanel — found on any customer or lead page — there is a toggle, “Auto-join all my calendar meetings”. Flip it on. It is off by default and is per-rep, so each person chooses for themselves.
How it works
It uses your connected Outlook or Gmail calendar. A background job runs every few minutes and sends a scheduled notetaker to each upcoming online meeting that has a video link. It never sends two bots to the same meeting.
Requirements
- Calendar connected — link your Outlook or Gmail calendar under Settings → Integrations
- Notetaker configured — the meeting notetaker must be set up
- Online meetings only — only meetings with an online or video link are joined; in-person and phone meetings are ignored

This pairs perfectly with booking links — someone books a slot, the meeting lands on your calendar, and the notetaker joins it and writes it up, all without you touching anything.
