The unified feed on customer + lead detail merging portal chat, web chat, notes, calls, meetings, emails and system events.

The All commspanel on every customer and lead detail page pulls every conversation touching that record onto one time-ordered feed. No more “which panel was that call in”.

What gets merged

  • Portal chat — rep-to-customer messages via the trade portal
  • Web chat — conversations from your marketing site chat widget, once a visitor has converted to a lead
  • Notes — rep-authored notes and follow-ups
  • Calls + meetings — logged manually or synced from Outlook calendar
  • Email sent + opened — from the built-in email tracker
  • Email received — incoming Outlook messages auto-matched to the record
  • System events — stage changes, ownership changes, etc

Filtering

Under the header you’ll see one chip per channel that has data on this record. Tap a chip to hide that channel; tap again to bring it back. Chips for channels with zero entries never appear, so a brand-new customer starts clean.

Grouping

Entries are grouped by day (Today, Yesterday, N days ago, then dated headers). Each row shows the channel icon, actor, time and a short body preview. Click through to the source panel for the full context.

When it doesn’t show up

The panel self-hides on records with zero conversation history yet, so brand-new leads and customers don’t render an empty header. Once anything is logged — a portal message, an outbound email, a rep note — it appears.
