Jeanus vs Monday

Monday is a task board with a CRM sticker on it. Jeanus is a CRM.

Monday started as a project management tool and bolted a CRM on top. For agencies that need to run delivery boards, that heritage is useful. For B2B sales teams that need pipeline, quotes, customer portal and repeat pricing built in from day one, it shows. Jeanus was built to be a CRM first - with a proper client-projects module for the delivery side, so agencies get both without stitching two products together.

Switching from Monday? Common questions.

Can I migrate from Monday to Jeanus?

Yes. Export each board from Monday as CSV (three-dot menu → Export board to Excel), then drop the CSVs onto Jeanus /imports. Column mapping is auto-suggested from headers. Dedupe by email. Typical book of 500-2,000 contacts takes about 10 minutes end-to-end. Outlook / Gmail email history connects via OAuth so prior threads land alongside imported records.

What is Jeanus missing that Monday has?

Broad general-purpose project templates (marketing calendars, HR onboarding, product roadmaps). Jeanus's project boards are focused on client-facing delivery (which most Monday-for-CRM users are running anyway). If your team also runs marketing content calendars, HR pipelines and internal roadmaps in Monday, keep Monday for those and use Jeanus for the actual client work.

We chose Monday because our delivery team already uses it. Should we still switch the CRM side?

Depends on how tightly coupled sales and delivery are. If your sales team spends 80% of their time in the pipeline and 20% on delivery kanbans, Jeanus lets both live under one system with the CRM as first-class citizen. If delivery is 80% of the work, Monday's project-first heritage might suit better. Most B2B services teams we speak to find pipeline / quotes / portal are underserved by Monday and delivery is fine either way, which is the moment they switch.

Does Jeanus have Monday's automations / integrations breadth?

Monday has ~200 pre-built automations and ~72 integrations in its marketplace. Jeanus ships the workflows a B2B sales team actually needs (sign-off routing, quote-to-pay, sequence enrolment, portal notifications, Outlook + Gmail sync) as first-class features rather than user-configured automations. If you need long-tail integrations to Zapier / Make, both work; Jeanus is a webhook + public API destination.

What about pricing predictability?

Monday CRM Pro is £16/seat/mo, with automations and integrations capped per tier (250 / 25,000 actions per month). Adding users, integrations, or crossing the automation cap all bump the bill. Jeanus is £99/mo flat - unlimited users, unlimited automations, AI credit pot included. The number on the pricing page is the number on your invoice.

FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask.

Honest answers to the ones we hear most.

Not yet, and no. Today the AI drafts, summarises and advises in single-turn calls - it doesn't take multi-step actions autonomously. Agentic flows are on the roadmap. We don't train models on your data either; your customer data never leaves your tenant. What learns over time is the per-tenant AI context document where you teach the AI your house style and terminology.
